Every teacher in the district who has students scheduled in a class will have a Google Group created automatically for each class. The groups are updated every morning. To examine the groups and view members, teachers can visit their Google Groups page.

Each group is named after the teacher’s four letter DASL code, a hyphen, and the period (with a leading zero if it is less than 10). The DASL code is usually the first three letters of the teachers last name and first initial. So if there is a teacher named John Smith who has a 3rd period class, their Google group for that class would be:
